Shipping Costs

Exclusions
Due to ongoing conflicts we are unable to ship to Ukraine and Israel.

If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available. Please contact us directly to arrange for a faster shipping service. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with the most efficient shipping solution.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return policy
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return items under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
1. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective materials and boxes.
2. Labels Intact: Each item comes with a distinctive colored label. This label must remain attached and intact. If the colored label is removed or destroyed, we will not accept the return.
3. Return Period: Contact us via email to receive the form. Fill it out and return it to us. You then have 14 days from the delivery date to ship the package back.

Please note that all t-shirts are printed on demand and are custom-made, which means they are generally non-refundable under European consumer law. However, if the t-shirt is faulty or does not match the description, we will reprint it at no extra cost. Simply return the damaged t-shirt to us.
Shipping Costs
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.
Buyer’s Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Return
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive return instructions.
2. Carefully repackage the item with all original materials and ensure the colored label is intact.
3. Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer service team within 10 days of delivery.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, minus any shipping costs, and notify you via email. Please note that it may take several days for the bank transaction to complete and for the refund to appear in your account.
